Manual Lymphatic Drainage Vodder Technique (MLD)
Vodder Technique is a gentle technique helps to stimulate the lymphatic system, encouraging the flow of lymph fluid and reducing swelling. It is particularly beneficial for post-surgical recovery and enhancing overall immune function.
